The
Transition Center The
Transition Center is located in Norman Hall at the University of
Florida. Their goal is to be a resource for all those working in the
area of transition across the state of Florida. They strive toward
achieving this goal through workshops, research, dissemination of
products, involvement in the state's Transition Task Force, and
Project CONNECT.
